Toddlers arrive. Teachers greet the children and parents and get pertinent information to care for the child during the day. Parents check to see if the child needs to be changed and wash their hands.

Toddlers are checked and changed as necessary, but at least every 2 hours, hands are washed, and tables sanitized.

Toddlers sing songs, do finger plays, listen to stories, have puppet shows, review concepts such as letter, colors, numbers, shapes, etc.
Toddlers have an opportunity to have water play, arts and crafts, use play dough, etc.
Toddlers run, jump and climb. They play with balls, go for walks or rides through the neighborhood & to the local parks.

Toddlers have story time/language development prior to taking a nap
