Public Area Cleaner / Carpet Maintenance Technician / Marble Maintenance Technician

Location: Central Region + 2 other locations in Singapore

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary Range: $2,000 – $2,800 a month

JOB 1: HOTEL PUBLIC AREA CLEANER (12 HOUR SHIFT)

Marina Suntec

Mandai Zoo

Working Time Options:

7:00 am – 7:00 pm

7:00 pm – 7:00 am

8:00 am – 8:00 pm

8:00 pm – 8:00 am

11:00 am – 11:00 pm

Salary Structure:

Base Salary: $1,910

Overtime Pay (OT): Up to $890

Rough Income Amount: Up to $2,800 a month

Job Summary: This department is responsible for ensuring that all hotel public areas are always clean, tidy and safe for use by guests and staff.

Detailed Scope of Work:

Clean lobby areas, reception counters, corridors, public toilets, elevators, waiting rooms and event areas

Wipe glass surfaces, mirrors, tables, walls and public equipment

Emptying trash cans and ensuring disposal of waste is carried out according to procedures

Sweep and mop floors using appropriate equipment

Safely operate cleaning machines such as scrubbers or polishers

Comply with the work schedule set by the supervisor

Ensure that the supply of washing materials is always sufficient

Report any damage, leaks or safety issues to management

This position is suitable for individuals who have good physical stamina and are able to work for long periods of time.

JOB 2: HOTEL PUBLIC AREA CLEANER (8 HOUR SHIFT)

Buginese

Suntec City

Changi

Working time:

7:00 am – 3:00 pm

8:30 am – 4:30 pm

3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Salary: $2,000 – $2,200 a month

Task Scope:

Carry out daily cleaning work according to schedule

Maintain cleanliness of public areas and convenience of customers

Safely handle cleaning chemicals

Provide polite and professional service to guests

Ensure the work area is always safe and free from the risk of accidents

Collaborates with troops to ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to

Training will be provided to candidates without experience. Experience in housekeeping is an advantage.

JOB 3: MARBLE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Sentosa / Orchard

Working Hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Salary: $2,100 – $2,300 a month

Role Summary: This position requires expertise in maintaining and polishing marble floors to ensure the surface always looks clean, smooth and shiny.

Responsibility:

Manage the marble polishing machine

Carrying out polishing, buffing and crystallization work

Ensure the marble surface is free from scratches and dirt

Carrying out periodic maintenance work

Follows safety procedures when handling machinery and chemicals

Ensure the work area is cleaned after completing a task

Candidates who have experience in marble polishing or commercial floor maintenance will be given preference.

JOB 4: CARPET MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Sentosa / Orchard

Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary: $2,100 – $2,300 a month

Role Summary: Responsible for carrying out carpet cleaning and maintenance work in hotel areas and facilities.

Task Scope:

Controlling the carpet washing machine

Carrying out deep cleaning work

Removes dirt, stains and odors

Provide a work area before and after the cleaning process

Ensure equipment is maintained properly

Comply with safety and cleanliness standards

Experience in carpet cleaning or technical housekeeping is an advantage but not required.
