Position: Document Packer
Location: Lakeside / Clementi (West Region, Singapore)
Accessibility: Near Lakeside MRT
Salary: $11 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Duration: Minimum commitment of 2–3 months
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Document Packer, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations in document storage and management. This role involves handling archive cartons and boxes, requiring attention to detail and the ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Lifting and moving cartons/boxes containing documents
Packing and organizing documents according to given procedures
Sorting and categorizing documents
Ensuring documents are stored safely and neatly
Rearranging cartons based on supervisor instructions
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Supporting the operations team with daily tasks
This role is based in a warehouse or document storage environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in an operational setting and adhering to workplace safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Safety shoes are mandatory
Prior warehouse experience is preferred
Physically fit and able to handle document cartons
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
Able to commit for a minimum of 2–3 months
