POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer
Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract

Salary Rate: $13 per hour

This position is suitable for individuals seeking short-term employment, contract-based work, or stable shift work with weekly salary payment. Candidates may apply individually or together with friends.
WORKING HOURS AND SHIFT ARRANGEMENT
Available shifts (fixed shift, no rotation):
Day Shift:
8.30am – 8.30pm
Night Shift:
8.30pm – 8.30am
Each shift includes one hour of unpaid break. Working hours are fixed once confirmed and candidates are expected to commit to the selected shift for the duration of the contract.
SALARY AND PAYMENT DETAILS
Hourly Rate: $13 per hour
Estimated Daily Earnings:
Day Shift: $143 per day
Night Shift: $154 per day
Salary is paid on a weekly basis. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational requirements. All payments are made in accordance with company payroll procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse Picker Packer will be responsible for the following duties:
Picking grocery items based on order lists or system instructions
Packing items accurately and securely to meet delivery standards
Loading and unloading cartons and goods with a maximum weight of up to 10 kilograms
Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products are in good condition
Pulling pallets using pallet jacks or manual equipment
Sorting parcels according to delivery routes or designated zones
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area
Following warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Supporting other warehouse operations as assigned by supervisors
DRESS CODE AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Required attire during work:
Plain T-shirt
Long pants
Mandatory safety equipment:
Safety vest
Mid-cut or high-cut safety shoes
Candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks in a warehouse environment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience is required as training will be provided. However, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Able to commit to the assigned shift schedule
Physically fit and able to lift items up to 10 kilograms
Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and manual handling
Punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
