Position Summary
The Warehouse Assistant position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations handling healthcare products. This role requires a high level of accuracy, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work systematically in a controlled warehouse environment.
Candidates will work in a clean, organized environment that prioritizes safety standards and product quality. This position is ideal for individuals seeking stable employment with consistent hours and long-term opportunities. Scope of Work and Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
Carry out the selection, picking, and packing of goods according to orders
Check the quantity and condition of goods before storage or shipping
Sort goods according to category, batch, or work instructions
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by superiors
Ensure all work processes are carried out accurately and on time
2. Equipment Operation
Operate forklifts for moving, arranging, and storing goods
Operate scissor lifts for work in specific areas
Perform work at heights as needed
Ensure equipment is used in accordance with work safety procedures
3. Occupational Safety and Compliance
Comply with all work safety regulations, including Work at Height procedures
Use personal protective equipment as required
Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work area
Report potential hazards, equipment damage, or work incidents to superiors
4. Industry Quality and Compliance
Ensure the handling of health products meets hygiene and quality standards
Support internal and external audits when necessary
Comply with company procedures and policies Applicable
Qualifications and Requirements
Singapore Citizens Only
A valid forklift license is a major plus
A certificate or permit to work at heights
Experience or ability to operate a scissor lift
Good physical condition and ability to perform warehouse work
Able to work independently and in a team
Disciplined, responsible, and possessing a strong work ethic
Willingness to undertake additional training provided by the company
