Position Introduction

We are inviting applications from committed and dependable individuals to join our warehouse operations team as Warehouse Assistants / Storekeepers. A total of ten vacancies are currently available at our East Region facility located in Changi. This position is essential to the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse and logistics activities, supporting the timely handling, storage, and movement of goods.

The role is well-suited for candidates who are physically fit, comfortable with manual work, and prepared to work in a structured rotating shift environment. Employment Terms

Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract

Work Arrangement: Four (4) Day Work Week

Shift System: Rotating AM and PM shifts

Monthly Gross Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 (before overtime and bonuses)

Remuneration Package and Benefits

The successful candidates will be offered a comprehensive remuneration package, which includes the following:

Basic Monthly Salary ranging from $2,000 to $2,200

Monthly Performance Allowance of $150, subject to individual work performance

Monthly Shift Allowance of $250 in recognition of rotating shift duties

Overtime payment in accordance with prevailing labour regulations and company policy

Annual Performance Bonus, subject to company and individual performance

Yearly Salary Increment following annual performance appraisal

Company-provided transport during non-public transport operating hours, with pick-up and drop-off at the nearest designated bus stop to the employee’s residence

Working Hours and Shift Arrangement

Employees will be required to work on a fixed rotating shift schedule to support continuous warehouse operations:

Morning (AM) Shift: 6:30 AM to 4:15 PM

Afternoon/Night (PM) Shift: 4:00 PM to 1:45 AM

Shift Rotation Cycle:

Two (2) days on AM shift, followed by two (2) days on PM shift, one (1) scheduled day off, and one (1) rest day.

This structured rotation is designed to ensure operational efficiency while providing employees with sufficient rest periods.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Performing accurate picking, packing, and preparation of goods in accordance with operational requirements and delivery schedules

Loading and unloading of goods in a safe and controlled manner, in compliance with workplace safety standards

Handling manual lifting and movement of items weighing approximately 15–20 kilograms

Assisting in inventory management tasks, including sorting, labeling, checking, and proper storage of goods

Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of warehouse and storage areas at all times

Adhering strictly to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace safety regulations

Supporting supervisors and team members with additional warehouse and logistics-related tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks on a daily basis

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with rotating shift schedules

Willing and able to handle lifting and movement of moderately heavy items

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping roles is an advantage but not a requirement

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for candidates without prior experience

Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, and a strong commitment to work

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
