GENERAL PROFILE OF THE POSITION
The Warehouse / Logistics / Office Administration Assistant position is an operational support role whose function is to ensure the smooth process of receiving, checking, recording, sorting, storing and distributing goods in accordance with company operational standards.
This role requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to follow work procedures well. Candidates will work in an operational environment that has a clear work system, direct supervision, and a structured division of tasks.
PLACEMENT INFORMATION
Main locations:
Airport Cargo Road – Changi, Eastern Region of Singapore
Additional locations:
Two additional locations are available according to the company’s operational needs
Work environment includes:
Administrative office area
Logistics warehouse area
Goods storage and distribution area
Final placement will be determined based on operational needs and the candidate’s suitability for the relevant division.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS AND CONDITIONS
Job type: Part time
Working days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Weekends: Not included in regular schedule
Working duration: 8 hours per day
Break time: 1 hour (unpaid)
Minimum commitment: 1 month
Possible contract extension:up to 12 months based on performance evaluation and company needs
The company implements a periodic evaluation system to ensure work standards are maintained and provides contract extension opportunities for employees who demonstrate good performance.
SALARY STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT SYSTEM
The company offers a competitive and transparent compensation structure as follows:
Base Pay: $19 per hour
Overtime: $28.50 per hour
National Holidays (Public Holiday): $38 per hour
Overtime calculations follow company policy and operational needs. Total monthly income will depend on the number of hours worked as well as the availability of overtime.
The payment system is carried out according to the payroll schedule set by the company.
WORK SHIFT OPTIONS
To provide flexibility, two shift options are available:
Day Shift
Starting time is between 08.00 to 10.00
Work duration 8 hours per day
Night Shift
Starting time is between 20.00 to 22.00
Work duration 8 hours per day
The final work schedule will be informed after the selection process and placement confirmation.
SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse / Logistics / Administration Assistant, the candidate will perform the following duties:
1. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods according to standard procedures.
2. Sorting, grouping and categorizing products based on type and distribution purpose.
3. Repackaging or rearranging if necessary.
4. Operate a barcode scanner to ensure accurate recording of goods.
5. Input simple data into the system using Microsoft Excel.
6. Assist with basic administration processes related to inventory and daily reports.
7. Coordinate with the operational team to ensure smooth distribution flow.
8. Check the condition of work equipment before and after use.
9. Assist with light maintenance tasks and simple repairs as needed.
