WAREHOUSE ADMIN – SINGAPORE EAST REGION
Our company is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Admin position in the Changi North area (East Region, Singapore). This position is designed for individuals with a high level of accuracy, the ability to work systematically, and an interest in developing in the logistics and warehousing industry.

GENERAL JOB INFORMATION
Position: Warehouse Admin
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 1 (one) year
(Contract can be extended or converted to permanent employment based on performance and company needs)
Working Days: 5.5 working days per week
Working Hours: According to warehouse operating schedule
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,600
Overtime: Paid in accordance with company regulations and employment laws
Employment Start Date: Immediate (Fast Hiring)
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse Admin, the selected candidate will be responsible for the daily administration and operations of the warehouse, including but not limited to:
Carrying out the picking and packing process of goods in accordance with customer orders and warehouse operating standards.
Consolidating goods, labeling them, and ensuring that all goods are ready for shipping.
Preparing and processing necessary documents such as gate passes, cargo release documents, and other supporting shipping documentation.
Conduct incoming inspections to ensure the quantity and condition of goods match the shipping documents.
Implement break bulking for large quantities of goods in accordance with warehouse procedures.
Receive goods into the system and place them (put away) to designated storage locations.
Operate and update data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and timely.
Extract goods receiving reports from the system and tally them with incoming goods documents.
Conduct regular stock checks (cycle counts) to ensure the accuracy of customer inventory data.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or data discrepancies to superiors.
Maintain a tidy work area and ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with occupational safety procedures.
Assist with other warehouse administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Singaporean citizen.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and simple systems).
Able to work meticulously, neatly, and organized.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work with warehouse systems and procedures.
Experience in warehousing, logistics, or administration is a plus (not required).
Able to work independently or in a team.
Responsible, disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
