DETAILED WORK INFORMATION

Work Location: Various locations throughout Singapore (Islandwide)

Position Status: Full Time

Working Days: Five days a week

Working Hours: Twelve hour shift (Day or Night, depending on assignment)

Placement: Based on vacancy, suitability, and work performance

Work placements will be managed systematically to ensure the comfort and effectiveness of assignments.

SCOPE OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

Monitor and ensure the safety of buildings, premises, public areas and company property

Monitor CCTV systems and safety surveillance equipment

Carry out periodic patrols to prevent any suspicious activity

Supervise the movement in and out of visitors, staff and vehicles

Respond appropriately and professionally to emergency situations

Control small conflicts or incidents economically

Provide daily reports, patrol reports and incident reports

Providing assistance, guidance, and information to visitors and laypeople

Strengthen safety regulations and company police

Communicate with supervisors, management, and authorities when necessary

All tasks will be carried out according to established standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS, ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICANT CRITERIA

Have a minimum eligibility of N Levels

Able to work in a twelve hour shift system

Willing to work during the day, evenings, weekends and public holidays if necessary

Have high self-discipline

Honest, trustworthy and responsible

Have a positive work attitude

Able to work independently and in a team

Willing to take direction and learn new skills

Have a good level of safety awareness
