IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT – LIMITED POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We are currently hiring Warehouse Assistants for a well-organized and professional working environment. This position is open to candidates with no prior experience as training will be provided from the first day of work.

Position: Warehouse Assistant

Employment Type: Part-Time

Working Days: 5 Days per Week (Monday–Friday)

Minimum Commitment: 1 Month

Contract Duration: Extendable up to 12 months based on performance and operational needs

SALARY AND COMPENSATION DETAILS

Basic Pay: $14 per hour

Overtime Pay: $21 per hour

Public Holiday Rate: $28 per hour

WORK SCHEDULE AND SHIFT OPTIONS

Employees may choose their preferred shift. Work schedules are stable and consistent weekly.

Day Shift:

Start anytime between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

8 working hours per day

1-hour unpaid break

Night Shift:

Start anytime between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

8 working hours per day

1-hour unpaid break

Total working days: 5 days per week (excluding weekends).

The consistent schedule allows better personal planning and work-life balance.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Duties include but are not limited to:

Inspecting and sorting products according to company standards

Packing items neatly and systematically

Barcode scanning and stock recording

Simple data entry using Microsoft Excel

Conducting quality checks before distribution

Organizing and arranging inventory within the warehouse

Assisting different departments based on manpower needs

Checking working equipment

Performing basic maintenance and minor repairs when required

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area

Carrying out additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

The job scope ranges from light to moderate duties and does not involve excessive heavy lifting. All procedures will be explained during initial training.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

No prior experience required

Able to work independently and in a team

Responsible and disciplined

Detail-oriented in handling products and data

Able to follow instructions carefully

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
