ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Premium Event Server, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth service operations and creating memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with supervisors, kitchen teams, and service captains to maintain professional hospitality standards.

Assignments may vary depending on venue and event type, allowing you to gain diverse experience across multiple hospitality settings.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a professional manner

• Serving plated meals, buffet items, beverages, and cocktails

• Supporting banquet-style and fine dining service

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders when required

• Recommending menu items with confidence

• Setting up tables with proper glassware, cutlery, and linen

• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently

• Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service

• Assisting with light event setup and teardown

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Ensuring service efficiency during peak periods

• Following venue service protocols and safety guidelines

You will receive proper briefing and on-site training before each assignment to ensure you are confident and prepared.
