URGENT HIRING – CLEANER / COOK FOR CHILDCARE CENTRES (ISLANDWIDE)

We are currently recruiting Cleaners and Cooks to support daily operations at childcare centres across Singapore. If you are looking for a stable job with fixed weekday hours, this opportunity may be suitable for you.
Our childcare centres provide a safe and nurturing environment for young children. We are looking for responsible, reliable, and hardworking individuals who can help maintain cleanliness and support meal preparation to ensure a healthy environment for children and staff.
Vacancies are available islandwide, and we will try our best to match you to a centre near your home.
WORKING DETAILS
Locations: East, West, North, and Central Singapore
Assignment: We will try to place you at a centre near your residence
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Five-day work week
No weekend work required
No night shifts
Working Hours Options:
6 hours per day
8.5 hours per day
Monthly Salary: $1,490 to $2,200
Salary will depend on working hours, experience, and job scope
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $800 (terms and conditions apply)
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with consistent weekday hours.
POSITION 1: CLEANER
The Cleaner plays an important role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the childcare centre. A clean environment is essential to protect children’s health and provide a comfortable learning space.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweeping and mopping classrooms daily
Cleaning and washing toilets thoroughly
Cleaning corridors, staircases, and common areas
Wiping and disinfecting tables, chairs, shelves, and other surfaces
Washing and sanitising toys and children’s learning materials
Emptying rubbish bins and ensuring proper waste disposal
Cleaning windows and glass panels where required
Disinfecting high-touch areas regularly
Ensuring overall hygiene standards are consistently maintained
The role requires physical movement such as bending, standing, and lifting light items. Applicants must be comfortable handling cleaning duties in a childcare environment.
POSITION 2: COOK
The Cook is responsible for assisting in preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children according to approved meal plans and food safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Washing and cutting vegetables and ingredients
Assisting in preparing and cooking daily meals and snacks
Following meal plans and portion guidelines
Ensuring proper food handling and hygiene standards
Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking tools
Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
Assisting with food distribution to classrooms
Organising ingredients and maintaining basic kitchen inventory
The role requires attention to hygiene, organisation, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. Experience in kitchen work is helpful but not required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning or kitchen duties
Responsible, punctual, and reliable
Comfortable working in a childcare setting
Able to follow hygiene and safety procedures
Willing to learn and accept guidance
Positive attitude and team player
No experience required; training will be provided
Immediate availability is an advantage
