The working environment is within the airport premises, operating under international service standards. Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism and high service quality at all times.
Job Details
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months
Start Date: 2 March
Work Schedule: 5 days per week (based on assigned roster)
Working Hours: Minimum 9 hours per shift
Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
Salary
$12 – $21 per hour
Up to $24 per hour depending on experience, performance, and assigned shifts
Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Retail Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the retail outlet within the airport. This role requires attentiveness, good customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing friendly, professional, and responsive customer service.
Assisting customers in selecting food and beverage products.
Explaining product details, promotions, and bundle offers clearly.
Handling customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Operating the cashier system and processing cash or cashless payments.
Replenishing stock and ensuring product displays are neat and attractive.
Packing products, including gift wrapping for packaged items when required.
Assisting with receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
Complying with company operational procedures and service standards.
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements
Able to commit for at least 3 months starting 2 March.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Open to Singapore Citizens only.
Prior experience in retail or F&B will be an advantage, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
