We are currently inviting suitable candidates to join our warehouse operations team as a Shoes Packer based in Clementi, West Singapore. This is a contract role available until the end of March and is ideal for individuals who are seeking short-term employment with stable weekday working hours and the opportunity to earn additional income through overtime.

The warehouse is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transport. It is within walking distance from Clementi MRT Station and nearby bus stops, providing convenient daily commuting options.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Contract (Until End March)

Work Schedule: 5 Days per Week

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday

Immediate availability is preferred. Candidates who are able to commit for the full contract period will be prioritized.

Monday to Friday

8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Overtime may be required depending on operational needs and shipment volumes. On busy days, work may extend until 8:00 PM. Overtime pay will be provided according to the stated rate.

Salary and Payment Details

Basic Salary: $10 per hour

Overtime Rate: $15 per hour

Salary Payment: Bi-weekly

Employees have the opportunity to increase their overall earnings through overtime hours during peak operational periods. Payment is processed consistently and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

As a Shoes Packer, your primary responsibility is to support daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Picking shoes based on order sheets and system instructions

Packing items carefully according to packing standards

Verifying order details, product codes, sizes, and quantities

Ensuring items are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation

Labelling parcels accurately before dispatch

Checking for product defects or discrepancies and reporting to supervisors

Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the packing area

Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Supporting team members to ensure daily targets are met

Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role, as proper order fulfillment directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must own and wear safety shoes during work

Able to stand and move for extended periods

Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and goods

Responsible and punctual

Able to follow instructions and work independently when required

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Singaporeans only

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates with previous experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics roles will have an added advantage but it is not mandatory.

The warehouse environment is structured and organized. Employees work as part of a team under supervision, with clear daily task assignments and expectations. Safety procedures are in place to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
