We are currently seeking Temp Operators to support operations at a well-established medical manufacturing and supply facility located in Ang Mo Kio. This position offers a stable contract, flexible shift selection, and a comfortable air-conditioned cleanroom environment, making it suitable for candidates with prior operator or warehouse experience who are looking for consistent short-term employment.

Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable based on performance and operational requirements)
Compensation & Pay Structure
Basic Hourly Rate: $10.00 per hour
Overtime Rate: $15.00 per hour (applicable after 44 working hours per week)
Sunday Rate: $20.00 per hour
All working hours and overtime are calculated in accordance with company policy, ensuring transparent and timely payment.
Working Hours & Shift Arrangement
Candidates may select one preferred shift upon application:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Noon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Mandatory Training Requirement:
All successful candidates must complete two weeks of training under the morning (day) shift before transitioning to their selected shift. Training will cover safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and job-specific tasks.

Proper onboarding and hands-on training provided
Key Responsibilities
Packing and sorting of medical supplies and medical devices
Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with production standards
Handling and assembling small and delicate components
Inserting thin wires into small parts with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area
Carrying out additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Minimum commitment of 3 months
Previous experience in operator, production, or warehouse roles is preferred
Able to perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks
Comfortable working in a cleanroom and following strict hygiene standards
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
