We are seeking a Retail Store Cleaner position for candidates seeking stable employment, a comfortable work environment, and an organized work schedule.

This position is located in an air-conditioned, indoor retail area, allowing you to work comfortably without exposure to the sun or inclement weather. The work environment is clean, safe, and promotes productivity.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Retail Store Cleaner

Work Days: 6 days a week

Work Hour Options:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

or

Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Work Location: Tengah Park Avenue, Bukit Batok

Salary: $1,200 – $1,900 per month

Salary is based on work experience, schedule type, and responsibilities.

Payment System: Salaries are paid bi-monthly.

POSITION PURPOSE

The primary role of a Retail Store Cleaner is to ensure that all areas of the store are clean, tidy, and comfortable for customers and staff. Consistent cleanliness helps create a good shopping experience and maintains the store’s operational standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the duties and responsibilities:

1. Floor Maintenance and Cleanliness

Sweep and mop floors regularly according to schedule

Operate floor cleaning machines

Ensure floors are clean, non-slip, and safe

Clean visible stains or dirt during operating hours

Training on cleaning machines will be provided for candidates with no experience. 2. Waste Management

Collecting waste from all store areas

Regularly changing trash bags

Taking waste to designated disposal sites

Maintaining clean and organized disposal areas

Able to lift loads up to 10 kg

3. Cleanliness of Public Areas and Customer Areas

Cleaning store aisles and shelving areas

Maintaining cleanliness of entrances and cashier areas

Cleaning frequently touched surfaces

Ensuring the area remains tidy during operating hours

4. Work Standards and Procedural Compliance

Following established company cleaning procedures

Using cleaning equipment and materials correctly

Reporting damage, spills, or potential hazards to superiors

Maintaining a professional attitude while working
