RECRUITMENT FOR SERVICE & KITCHEN CREW

(FULL-TIME / PART-TIME / CONTRACT)

Location: Central Region and 5 Other Locations

Work Schedule: 5 Days per Week (Shift-Based System)

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Service & Kitchen Crew position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth outlet operations and delivering a positive customer experience.

The F&B industry continues to grow and offers job stability as well as long-term career opportunities. Through this role, candidates will receive professional training, hands-on work experience, and the opportunity to enhance interpersonal, operational, and managerial skills.

We are seeking candidates who are willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-oriented environment. Both experienced candidates and those without prior F&B experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

AVAILABLE EMPLOYMENT TYPES

FULL-TIME

• Basic salary: $2,155 per month

• Gross earning potential up to $2,600++ per month (including incentives and overtime, if applicable)

• Working hours: 44 hours per week

• 5 working days per week

• Schedule based on rotating shifts

Full-time employees will follow a fixed schedule based on management’s shift rotation system. Weekend and public holiday work may be required depending on operational needs.

PART-TIME

• Hourly rate: $11.30 per hour

• Minimum commitment of 3 months

• Approximately 35 working hours per week

• Flexible schedule based on operational requirements

The part-time position is suitable for individuals seeking flexibility while gaining professional experience in the F&B industry.

CONTRACT

• Contract details will be explained during the interview process

• Contract duration depends on operational requirements

• Possibility of extension or conversion to permanent employment based on performance

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service & Kitchen Crew member, candidates will handle responsibilities in both customer service and kitchen operations.

A. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers politely and professionally

• Provide information regarding menu items and promotions

• Assist customers with the ordering process

• Operate cashier systems and handle payment transactions

• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area

• Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience

B. KITCHEN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in food preparation

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and procedures

• Ensure product quality and consistency

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspace

• Follow proper food storage procedures

• Comply with food safety standards

C. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to all company SOPs

• Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain efficiency and productivity

• Report operational issues to supervisors

WORK SCHEDULE AND SHIFT SYSTEM

This position operates under a shift-based system, which may include:

• Morning shifts

• Afternoon shifts

• Evening shifts

• Weekend shifts

• Public holiday shifts

Candidates must be willing to work according to schedules assigned by outlet management. Scheduling is conducted fairly while considering operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are willing to work on a shift basis

• Have good stamina to work in an active environment

Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates without experience will receive adequate training before starting work.
