WORK SCHEDULE (4-3-3-4 SHIFT SYSTEM)

 

This role follows a rotating shift pattern designed to provide more rest days compared to conventional work schedules:

 

Week 1: Work 4 days, followed by 3 days off

 

Week 2: Work 3 days, followed by 4 days off

 

 

Shift timings are as follows:

 

Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

 

Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

 

 

Employees can select a fixed shift (either day or night), depending on availability and operational requirements. This schedule allows for extended rest periods, supporting better work-life balance.
