POSITION SUMMARY
As a Production Operations Staff, you will support daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The responsibilities are operational in nature and involve simple, repetitive tasks that follow standard operating procedures.
You will be working as part of a team under the supervision of experienced personnel. Clear instructions and on-the-job guidance will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform basic production and operational duties as assigned
• Assist in packing, sorting, labeling, or simple handling tasks where required
• Support daily production line activities to ensure targets are met
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company SOP
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment
• Carry out other simple operational or ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
The tasks are structured and do not require technical expertise. Candidates will be guided step-by-step during the training period.
WORKING SCHEDULE
• 6 working days per week
• Shift details will be communicated upon confirmation
• Candidates must be punctual and committed to the assigned schedule
