Position Summary
The Bank Cards & Acquisition position is a 12-month contract role focused on the execution, coordination, and management of digital acquisition campaigns for various banking products. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination, with the primary goal of increasing new customer acquisition and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Candidates for this position are expected to have a strong understanding of multi-channel digital campaigns and marketing operations processes, as well as strong coordination skills with various internal and external stakeholders. This position is best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable in a dynamic and fast-changing work environment. Job Information

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 per month

Role Objectives
The primary objective of this role is to support the success of banking product acquisition campaigns through:
Structured and timely digital campaign execution
Effective inter-team coordination
Maintaining the quality of content, systems, and customer communications
Optimizing customer onboarding and application processes
Responsibilities and Scope of Work
1. Digital Campaign Execution
Execute digital acquisition campaigns across various marketing platforms, including managing campaign assets, landing pages, product website pages, and digital promotional materials.
Ensure all campaign elements are prepared in accordance with company specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
2. Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with the product team, business team, technology team, and other relevant teams to ensure campaigns are planned and executed on schedule.
Serve as the primary point of coordination for communication regarding campaign status, changes, and operational needs.
3. Tracking and Systems Management
Set up, monitor, and maintain campaign tracking systems across all acquisition channels.
Ensure campaign data is recorded correctly for reporting and performance evaluation.
4. Daily Campaign Operations
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including conducting quality checks on content, links, and application flows.
Handle communications related to the fulfillment process and ensure smooth campaign execution.
5. Internal and External Liaison
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as vendors or agencies, to support campaign needs.
Ensure all parties understand their respective roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
6. Multi-Channel Customer Communication
Plan, create, and deliver communications to customers through various channels, including the website, eDM (email marketing), push notifications, Insights, and SMS.
Maintain message consistency and information accuracy across all communication channels.
7. System Request and Approval Process
Manage system requests required for campaign launches.
Oversee the internal approval process to ensure campaign launches are on schedule.
8. Customer Onboarding Optimization
Support improvements to the customer onboarding experience by updating digital forms, FAQs, and communication materials.
Ensure that the information provided is clear, easy to understand, and aligned with customer needs.
9. Campaign Terms and Conditions
Draft, review, and submit approval for campaign terms and conditions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
10. Application Form Management
Maintain and update application forms in physical branches and digital channels.
Maintain data consistency and application flows across all channels.
11. Routine Content and Communication Support
Support product webpage updates as needed by the business or product team.
Handle routine or recurring communication requests related to campaigns and products.
12. Email Marketing Coordination
Coordinate email delivery for a diverse portfolio of banking products, including credit cards, debit cards, and loan products.
Ensure emails are sent according to schedule and to the specified target audience.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant field.
One to three years of work experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, campaign management, or coordination roles, including experience in a marketing agency.
