About the Role

A well-established logistics company in Singapore is currently seeking suitable candidates to join as Picker/Packers to support daily warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth handling of goods, including sorting, packing, and distribution processes.

 

The company is looking for individuals who are responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Jurong West

 

Toh Guan Road

 

Tuas

 

More than 20 additional locations depending on operational needs

 

 

Company transport is available from Jurong East MRT to selected work sites for employees’ convenience.

Contract

 

 

This is a contract-based position with the possibility of extension depending on individual performance and business requirements. High-performing employees may also be considered for longer-term opportunities within the organization.

Salary Structure and Earnings

Hourly pay rates are as follows:

 

$11 per hour (normal working hours)

 

$16.50 per hour (overtime)

 

$22 per hour (public holidays)

 

 

Estimated gross monthly salary can reach up to $2,700 or more, depending on total working hours and overtime.

 

Payment Details:

 

Salary is paid on a bi-weekly basis

Employment Period

Immediate start until April 2026.

Contract may be extended based on performance and operational requirements.

Working Hours

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

 

Includes a 1-hour unpaid break.

Work schedules are fixed and structured, with potential for additional hours when required.

Long pants

Key Responsibilities

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including:

 

Packing goods efficiently and accurately

 

Sorting items based on category, codes, or delivery destinations

 

Labelling products correctly

 

Using scanning devices to track inventory

 

Ensuring quantity and quality of goods meet company standards

 

Preparing items for shipment

 

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace

 

Working closely with team members to meet daily operational targets

Requirements and Qualifications

 

Open to all candidates (with or without experience)

 

Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage

 

Able to work independently and as part of a team

 

Willing to work long hours and overtime when required

 

Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined

 

Physically fit for light to moderate manual work

 

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
