EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Contract position

5 working days per week

Fixed working schedule

Air-conditioned work environment

Operations follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

This role is suitable for candidates seeking professional experience in Singapore’s pharmacy sector within a stable and structured setting.

SALARY & COMPENSATION

Basic Salary: $11 per hour

Overtime Rate: $16.50 per hour

Payment based on actual hours worked

Overtime opportunities available depending on operational needs

The salary structure is transparent and calculated based on officially recorded working hours.

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

5 working days per week

Weekend work is not specified and depends on operational requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be involved in daily operational tasks including:

Picking products according to order requirements

Sorting and verifying products before packing

Packing items according to safety standards

Labelling medications in accordance with procedures

Ensuring product accuracy and regulatory compliance

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area

Supporting smooth internal distribution processes

This role requires high attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures, as it involves pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (mandatory)

Detail-oriented and disciplined

Responsible and able to follow strict procedures

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Singapore Citizens only
