POSITION OVERVIEW
Security officers have a strategic role in ensuring that all hotel and casino operational areas run safely, orderly and in accordance with applicable standard operational procedures. This position not only focuses on physical security supervision, but also on risk prevention, handling emergency situations, and professional service to guests.
The work environment includes star hotel areas, main lobbies, public facilities, event spaces, and casino areas with a high level of supervision. Therefore, candidates must be able to work in a dynamic environment, have good physical endurance, and be able to make decisions quickly and accurately.
JOB INFORMATION
Job Title: Hotel Resort Security Officer
Status: Full Time
Placement Location: Central Region, Singapore
Work System: 4 Days per Week
Schedule Pattern: 2 Working Days – 2 Holidays
Total Working Days: Approximately 15 Days per Month
Work Duration: 12 Hours per Shift
Shift System: Rotating (Morning and Evening)
WORKING HOURS
Morning Shift: 07.30 – 20.00Night shift: 19.30 – 08.00
Work schedules are prepared fairly and systematically to ensure operational continuity while providing adequate rest time for each personnel. Food is provided while on duty according to company policy.
COMPENSATION AND FACILITIES
Base Salary: $2,400 – $3,200 per month
Gross Earning Potential: Up to $3,500 or more per month (includes benefits and other extras)
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
Performance Bonus (PB) based on performance evaluation
Joining Bonus up to $5,000 (as per company terms and conditions)
Meal facilities while on duty

The compensation structure is designed to provide rewards commensurate with the level of responsibility and high operational standards in the premium hospitality and entertainment industry.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Security Officers are responsible for carrying out comprehensive security duties, including but not limited to:
Conduct routine patrols and periodic inspections throughout assigned areas
Monitor entry and exit access to prevent potential security threats
Identify and report suspicious activity
Handle security incidents with professionalism and according to procedures
Responds to alarms and coordinates with the Operations Control Room
Manage emergency situations such as fires, security threats, evacuations, or medical conditions
Provide first aid if necessary
Escort VIP guests or high value items as directed by management
Controlling the flow of visitors in casino areas and public facilities
Document each incident in an accurate written report
Work closely with internal teams, hotel management and relevant authorities when necessary
This position requires a high level of alertness, situation analysis skills, and effective communication in various conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Have a valid Security License (PRLD SIM)
Physically and spiritually healthy
