Position Information

Number of Vacancies: 15

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overtime: Available based on operational needs and compensated accordingly

This position follows regular office hours and does not operate on rotating night shifts, providing consistent and predictable working schedules.

Salary and Compensation Package

Monthly Salary Range: SGD 1,800 – 2,200

Average Starting Salary: From SGD 2,000 per month

Job Scope and Responsibilities

As a Logistics Assistant, you will perform various operational duties to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution activities.

1. Goods Handling

Picking items according to order lists

Packing items according to company standards

Sorting goods by category and delivery destination

Conducting basic quality checks before dispatch

2. Inventory Management

Performing periodic stock counts

Ensuring physical stock matches system records

Reporting discrepancies or damaged goods

Supporting internal inventory audits

3. Inbound and Outbound Operations

Assisting in receiving and dispatching processes

Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles

Organizing items in designated storage locations

Ensuring workflow follows standard operating procedures

4. Safety and Compliance

Adhering to workplace safety standards

Using equipment according to procedures

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas

Minimizing workplace risks through compliance with safety guidelines

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

Physically fit and in good health

Able to lift between 15 to 25 kilograms

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Punctual and disciplined

Responsible and reliable

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Candidates without experience may still be considered if they demonstrate a positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
