POSITION: STORE ADMIN
A company located in the West Region of Singapore is currently seeking suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position of Store Admin. This position is offered on a full-time contract basis for a duration of 6 months, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong administrative skills, and are experienced in handling inventory records and stock management using Microsoft Excel.

8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Salary Range:
$2,200 – up to $2,500 per month
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Admin, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse administration and inventory operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all activities related to receiving, storing, and issuing materials are carried out in an organized, accurate, and well-documented manner.
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Receive and inspect all incoming materials, goods, and supplies.
Conduct physical checks to ensure that the quantity, type, and condition of items match the delivery documentation.
Record all incoming items accurately and systematically in inventory records.
Input and update stock data in the administrative system using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure inventory records are always accurate and reflect actual stock levels.
Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled in accordance with company standards.
Organize and maintain safe, neat, and accessible storage of materials.
Issue materials to the engineering team or other departments based on approved requisition requests.
Accurately record all stock issuance to maintain proper inventory balance.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation related to receipts, issues, and stock balances.
Generate periodic inventory and stock reports as required by operations or management.
Assist with stock-taking exercises and inventory audits when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily warehouse and administrative operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data entry, inventory tracking, and basic reporting.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous in work execution.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience as a Store Admin, Warehouse Admin, Inventory Admin, or in a related administrative role will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on a 6-month contract basis.
