SALARY AND BENEFITS
Monthly Salary
$2,100 to $3,000 per month, depending on working hours, allowances, and company policy.
Compensation Breakdown
Basic salary of $2,100 per month
Meal and transportation allowance of $100 per month
Attendance allowance of $100 per month
Shift allowance of $12 per working day
AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)
Additional bonuses based on job performance and company policy
Total monthly income may increase with consistent attendance, good performance, and longer length of service.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Production Operator, the employee will be directly involved in daily production operations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receiving, inspecting, and transferring raw materials, components, or production parts according to established procedures
Assembling products based on work instructions and company standards
Inspecting incoming goods to ensure there is no damage or defects
Ensuring product quality meets company requirements before proceeding to the next process
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area at all times
Complying with workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures
Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
This role involves physical work; therefore, candidates must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy items when required.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Singapore Citizen only
No prior work experience required
Willingness to undergo company-provided training
Ability to work shift hours and long working schedules
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
