POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Part-Time Office Cleaner

Work Location: Islandwide Singapore (placement arranged based on candidate’s residential area)

Salary: SGD 18 per hour

Employment Type: Part-Time

CPF: Included in accordance with applicable regulations

Work assignments will be arranged based on the candidate’s residential location to minimize travel time. Candidates must be able to use Google Maps or similar navigation applications to travel to assigned job sites.

ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

This position is open only to:

Singapore Citizens

Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)

General requirements:

Responsible and reliable work attitude

Punctual and disciplined

Able to work independently without constant supervision

Able to follow work instructions carefully

Willing to commit to a fixed schedule

Physically fit to perform routine cleaning duties

Previous experience is not required. Applicants without prior experience are welcome to apply, as basic job guidance will be provided before commencement.

WORK SCHEDULE AND COMMITMENT

Candidates may choose one of the following fixed working schedules:

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Minimum commitment required:

At least 4 job assignments per week

Minimum of 14 working hours per week

Fixed scheduling ensures predictable working hours and stable weekly income, allowing candidates to better plan their personal commitments.

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Part-Time Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within office premises according to established standards. A clean office environment contributes significantly to staff comfort and productivity.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Floor and Common Area Maintenance

Sweeping and mopping floors

Vacuuming carpets

Removing stains from carpets

Cleaning corridors, lobbies, and shared areas

Ensuring floors are free from dust and debris

Restroom Cleaning and Disinfection

Cleaning toilet bowls, sinks, mirrors, and floors

Disinfecting high-touch surfaces

Refilling soap, toilet paper, and other supplies

Emptying trash bins regularly

Ensuring restrooms remain clean and hygienic at all times

Workstations and Office Equipment

Dusting desks, chairs, and workstations

Cleaning the exterior surfaces of computers and office equipment

Maintaining meeting rooms and shared workspaces

Cleaning glass panels and surfaces when required

Pantry and Kitchen Area

Cleaning pantry tables and countertops

Disposing of waste regularly

Maintaining cleanliness of staff dining areas

Ensuring pantry areas remain neat and hygienic

Supplies Monitoring and Reporting

Checking stock levels of consumables such as tissue paper, soap, and trash bags

Refilling supplies when necessary

Reporting any facility damages or maintenance issues

Recording findings that require supervisor attention

EXPECTED WORK STANDARDS

All staff members are expected to:

Arrive punctually according to schedule

Maintain neat and appropriate work attire

Demonstrate professionalism within office premises

Follow workplace safety procedures

Complete assigned tasks according to cleanliness standards
