GENERAL JOB INFORMATION
A well-established retail company in Singapore is currently hiring for the position of Online Grocery Picker. This is a Permanent and Full-Time role offering long-term job stability with competitive monthly income. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the growing online grocery operations.
This position is suitable for individuals who are active, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to work on a shift-based schedule in a modern retail environment.
POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Online Grocery Picker
Employment Status: Permanent
Job Type: Full Time
Working Days: 5 days per week
Work Arrangement: Roster / Rotating shifts
Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
Includes weekends and public holidays based on operational schedule
WORKING HOURS AND SHIFT SYSTEM
Working hours are based on store operational needs and are divided into the following shifts:
Day Shift
Duration: 8 working hours
Time range: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Night Shift
Duration: 8 working hours
Time: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Work schedules will be arranged on a roster basis, and candidates are expected to be flexible in accepting assigned shifts.
WORK LOCATIONS (MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AVAILABLE)
Work locations are available across various areas in Singapore and will be assigned based on operational requirements and candidate availability.
Day Shift Locations:
Bedok
Bukit Batok
Ang Mo Kio (AMK)
Redhill (2 locations)
Night Shift Locations:
Bedok
Woodlands
Mandai
Boon Lay
Redhill (2 locations)
Kallang (2 locations)
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
Basic Salary: SGD 1,900 per month
Overtime (OT): Paid according to additional hours worked
Additional incentives based on performance and productivity
Total monthly earnings can reach up to SGD 2,000 or more, depending on overtime and performance incentives.
Salary is paid regularly in accordance with company policy and Singapore employment regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Online Grocery Picker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Picking and preparing customers’ online grocery orders using the provided system
Selecting products accurately from retail store shelves according to customer orders
Scanning items to ensure order accuracy and correctness
Packing items neatly and securely in accordance with delivery standards
Organizing and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow
Conducting regular expiry date checks on products
Replenishing stock to maintain adequate inventory levels
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing part-time staff and manpower requirements when necessary
Performing other operational duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Willing to work on a rotating shift basis (day and night shifts)
Able to work 5 days per week, including weekends
Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and packing items weighing up to approximately 10 kg
Physically fit and able to perform active work involving standing and walking
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team
Willing to comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
