HOTEL KITCHEN CLEANER (NIGHT SHIFT)

The work system applies 5 working days per week according to a predetermined schedule.
WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULE DETAILS
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Working Hours: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Effective Working Duration: 6.5 hours per day
Working day requirements are as follows:
Must work on Saturdays and Sundays
Two off days will be given on weekdays
Schedule is fixed and consistent every week

SALARY STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT MECHANISM
Daily Basic Salary:
$70 per working day
Basic Salary Payment Mechanism:
Salary will be transferred directly to the candidate’s personal bank account
Payment will be made no later than 3:00 PM on the following day
This payment system ensures stable daily cash flow for employees
Daily Attendance Allowance:
Additional $10 per working day
Allowance Payment Mechanism:
Paid on the 7th of the following month
Processed at 6:00 PM
Allowance is accumulated based on eligible working days
Total Potential Earnings:
With the combination of basic salary and attendance allowance, total earnings can reach up to $80 per working day.
Estimated Monthly Income:
With an average of 24 to 26 working days per month, estimated monthly earnings range from $1,920 to $2,080, depending on actual working days and fulfillment of allowance requirements.
ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE CONDITIONS
To qualify for the additional $10 per day, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
Work a minimum of 5 days per week
Complete at least 20 working days in a calendar month
No unauthorized absences
No repeated lateness that affects attendance records
If any of the above conditions are not met, the attendance allowance for that period will be forfeited and cannot be claimed.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Kitchen Cleaner in a hotel environment, main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cleaning main kitchen areas and supporting areas
Washing cooking equipment, utensils, and kitchen tools
Cleaning floors, walls, worktables, storage racks, and food preparation areas
Managing and disposing of waste according to hotel hygiene procedures
Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
Supporting smooth kitchen operations through maintaining a clean work environment
Following supervisor instructions and workplace safety procedures
