GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring Cleaning Staff for multiple available positions. This opportunity is suitable for candidates seeking stable full-time employment with consistent monthly income, comprehensive benefits, and a structured working environment.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Garbage Collector

General Cleaner

Placement may be at:

Residential estates (HDB blocks and condominiums)

Office buildings

Commercial areas

Public facilities and open environments

Work locations will be confirmed during the selection process. Candidates may indicate their preferred area if available.

JOB DETAILS

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Monthly Salary: $2,325 – $2,530 (depending on position and experience)

Working Hours: Day Shift

Daily working hours are 8 to 9 hours, including a 1 hour and 40 minutes break. Work schedules will be arranged by the supervisor according to site requirements.

Salary is paid monthly and on time according to company policy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For General Cleaner:

Sweep and mop lift lobbies, common corridors, and shared areas

Clean public toilets including floors, sinks, and mirrors

Wipe glass doors, windows, and other surfaces

Clean pantry areas and dining spaces

Empty trash bins and replace garbage bags

Ensure all assigned areas remain clean, tidy, and hygienic daily

For Garbage Collector:

Collect waste from designated collection points

Transport waste to disposal areas according to procedures

Ensure refuse collection areas remain clean and organized

Follow workplace safety procedures when handling waste

All employees are expected to:

Complete daily assigned tasks according to schedule

Comply with cleanliness and workplace safety standards

Report damages or issues to supervisors

Maintain professional conduct at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Hardworking, honest, and responsible

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and healthy

Punctual and disciplined

Willing to work 6 days per week

Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory
