URGENT NEED – FULL-TIME POSITION
CLEANER / TOILET & COMPLEX AREA SUPERVISOR
Placement: Esplanade – Central Region, Singapore

BRIEF JOB PROFILE
Cleaning Officers / Toilet & Complex Area Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all public facilities, especially toilet areas and complex areas, are always in a clean, hygienic, safe and comfortable condition for visitors to use. This position plays an important role in maintaining the image and cleanliness standards of the location.
SALARY AND INCOME STRUCTURE INFORMATION
Base Salary: $2,325 – $2,500 per month
Total Earning Potential: Up to $2,700 per month
Income components may include:
Monthly basic salary
Attendance and work performance incentives
Evaluate salary increases based on periodic assessments
Income is adjusted to the employee’s experience, discipline, responsibility and work quality.

The work location is in the city center with very easy access to public transportation and complete supporting facilities.
WORKING STATUS AND SYSTEM
Status: Full-Time (Full Time)
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Holiday: 1 day (according to company operational schedule)
The work system follows a predetermined operational schedule and can be adapted to location needs.
SHIFT SCHEDULE
Morning Shift: 07.00 – 15.00
Day Shift:15.00 – 23.00
Employees will follow the schedule determined by the supervisor. Shift rotation can be implemented according to operational needs.
DETAILS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Cleaning Officer / Toilet & Complex Area Supervisor, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Clean and maintain all public toilet facilities.
Sweep, mop and keep floors clean and dry to prevent the risk of accidents.
Clean sinks, mirrors, doors, partitions, walls and other sanitary equipment.
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand wipes, liquid soap, and other hygiene needs.
Manage waste collection and disposal according to hygiene procedures.
Carry out routine inspections of the condition of facilities and ensure all areas are in a suitable condition for use.
Report damage to facilities or need for repairs to superiors.
Ensure cleanliness standards comply with company SOPs and local regulations.
Provide a polite and professional response when there are questions from visitors.
Work closely with the team to ensure all areas of the complex are kept clean.
Employees are expected to be able to work with precision, consistency and a high sense of responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Male or Female
Physically and spiritually healthy
Have a disciplined, honest and responsible attitude
Able to work independently or in a team
Willing to work 6 days per week
Willing to follow the shift work system
Able to work in a public area environment
Have a good and professional work ethic
Experience in cleaning or facilities management will be a plus, however candidates without experience can still apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
