WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday
09.00 am – 18.00 pm
Rest according to company regulations
Does not work on Saturdays and Sundays
SALARY AND COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
$12 per hour – Base Pay
$18 per hour – Overtime Rate
$24 per hour – Legal Holiday Rate
Payment follows the company’s system and conditions. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable labor regulations.

Work system 5 days per week with fixed working hours. Contract extension opportunities are available based on work performance and operational needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Tea Packer, the candidate will be responsible for the packaging process of tea products before distribution to customers and business partners. Duties include:
• Select and sort tea cans or packages according to quality standards
• Packing tea leaves based on predetermined orders and specifications
• Carrying out weighing to ensure the quantity meets standards
• Accurately label products• Carry out final quality checks before products are sent
• Assist in the process of moving goods (loading and unloading) if necessary
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work area
• Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) and supervisor’s directions
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
• Have thoroughness and attention to detail
• Disciplined, responsible and punctual
• Able to work in a team or individually
• Ready to work in a standing position for a certain period of time
• Willing to follow work instructions and company standards
• Previous work experience is not required (training will be provided)
