NIGHT SHIFT JOB VACANCY – PRODUCTION OPERATOR (AIR-CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENT)

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently hiring candidates who are interested in working in a comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned production environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking for a fixed night shift role with light-duty responsibilities.
The workplace is located in the city area and is conveniently accessible via MRT. The environment is well-organized with clear standard operating procedures and professional supervision. The recruitment process is fast, and shortlisted candidates can start work as soon as possible.
This role is open to part-time, full-time, and contract applicants. Candidates who demonstrate good performance may be offered contract extension opportunities.
WORK SCHEDULE AND DETAILS
Work Area: City Area (Near MRT)
Working Days: Monday – Thursday only
Working Hours: 6.00 PM – 6.00 AM
Basic Pay: $11 per hour
Night Shift Allowance: $15 per shift
Contract Duration: 3 months or more
Start Date: As soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Production Operator, your duties will include:
Assembling and installing components according to work instructions
Operating simple production equipment following procedures
Conducting detailed quality inspections on finished products
Ensuring products meet company quality standards
Assisting in other light production-related tasks as assigned
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Following safety procedures and operational guidelines
Working closely with team members to achieve daily production targets
All tasks are performed in an air-conditioned environment and do not require heavy lifting.
REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Able to commit to permanent night shift
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
Able to follow instructions carefully
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Available to start work immediately
