As part of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations, from receiving goods to packing and preparing them for delivery. Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties.

POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Warehouse Assistant (Cold Room)

Work Schedule: Permanent Night Shift
Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Milk
Soy Milk
Fruit Juices
The working environment is temperature-controlled (cold room). Appropriate work gear will be provided to ensure safety and comfort.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Picking items accurately based on order lists
Packing products according to company standards
Ensuring correct quantity and product types before dispatch
Organizing and arranging stock within the warehouse
Checking product condition to ensure quality standards are met
Assisting with loading and unloading of goods when required
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area
Following all workplace safety procedures
Working closely with team members to meet daily targets
Reporting any operational issues to supervisors promptly

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who are reliable and willing to learn:
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Willing to work permanent night shifts
Able to work in a cold room environment
Physically fit and able to carry loads of 20–25 kg
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to follow instructions and company procedures

SALARY AND BENEFITS
We offer a competitive and transparent compensation package:
Basic Salary: $1,400 per month
Transport Allowance: $135 per month
Cold Room Allowance: $110 per month
Night Shift Allowance: $320+ (approximately $13.50 per working day)
Overtime: 40–50 hours per month (paid according to company policy)
Estimated Gross Salary ranges from $1,900 to $2,200 per month, with potential to earn more depending on overtime hours.

WORKING HOURS
Work schedule consists of 6 working days per week:
Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Friday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
This fixed schedule allows for a consistent routine and better time management.
