Role Overview

As a Medical Supplies Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities related to the handling, preparation, and quality assurance of medical devices and supplies. You will be working in a cleanroom or controlled environment, adhering to strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards that are essential in the medical industry.

This position offers valuable exposure to the healthcare supply chain and provides a solid foundation for those interested in pursuing future opportunities within the medical, pharmaceutical, or logistics sectors.

Salary & Payment Structure

Basic salary: $11 per hour

Overtime rate: $16.50 per hour

Public Holiday rate: $22 per hour

Salary is paid on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring timely and consistent income

Working Schedule

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 08:30 AM – 05:45 PM

Shift type: Day shift only

No weekend work required

No night shift required

This fixed schedule allows employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance with predictable working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Packing and preparing medical equipment and supplies in accordance with established procedures

Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required safety and quality standards

Conducting accurate labeling and documentation of medical supplies

Organizing, arranging, and maintaining inventory within the work area

Supporting general operational tasks as required by supervisors

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines at all times

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the workplace

Training & Support

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided

Clear work instructions and supervision to support new staff

Suitable for candidates with no prior experience in the medical industry
