POSITION: MEDICAL PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Work Arrangement:

4 Days Work Week

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $14 per hour

Overtime Rate: $21 per hour

Public Holiday Rate: $28 per hour

Friday and Saturday: 1.5 times pay rate

With consistent overtime and additional hours, monthly earnings can reach up to $5000.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Thursday

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Employees work four days per week and enjoy three rest days weekly. This schedule provides better work-life balance compared to traditional five or six day work weeks.

The 12-hour shift includes designated break times in accordance with company policy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Medical Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in daily production line operations

• Handling and assembling medical-related products

• Performing quality inspection and visual checks on finished goods

• Ensuring products meet strict medical quality standards

• Recording simple production data when required

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work area

• Following standard operating procedures (SOP) strictly

• Adhering to safety guidelines and clean room protocols

• Working closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets

Full training will be provided to ensure all employees understand company processes and quality requirements.

No prior experience in medical manufacturing is required. Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The facility is fully air-conditioned and operates under clean room standards.

Employees are required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as gown, gloves, mask, and other protective wear provided by the company. The environment is controlled to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

The role is largely a seated position and does not involve heavy lifting. It is suitable for candidates who prefer a clean and organized workplace rather than a typical warehouse setting.

This is not a dirty or physically intensive factory job. It is structured, clean, and compliance-driven.
