Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting production operations through hands-on technical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of electro-mechanical systems. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy practical technical work, following structured processes, and working with precision equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Working Hours

Day Shift:

• 7.00am – 4.00pm

Noon Shift:

• 4.00pm – 1.30am

• +$25 allowance per shift

• Transport provided by company

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, test, repair, and troubleshoot electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and components

• Interpret and follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation accurately

• Perform functional testing using electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps

• Diagnose defects, identify root causes, and perform corrective actions

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency

• Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure availability of parts and materials

• Record production progress, inspection results, and test data into computerized systems

• Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Able to read, understand, and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions

• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on working attitude

• Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting

• Willingness to comply with safety rules, procedures, and mandatory training

• Prior experience in manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, or technical roles is an advantage
