ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
This program is specially designed to develop future operational leaders in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. We are looking for individuals who not only want a job, but who are eager to grow, learn, and prepare themselves for leadership positions within a relatively short time.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training process covering all aspects of outlet operations. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to run an F&B business professionally — from kitchen standards and quality control to customer service, team management, and cost efficiency.
This program provides a strong foundation for those who aspire to become Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and eventually Store Managers.

• Handling operational challenges efficiently
• Assisting managers in operational decision-making
