Currently, we are entrusted with recruiting Security Officers for one of the leading Luxury Hotel Resorts located in the Central Region of Singapore. This property is a premium destination with international operational standards that serves local and international guests, including VIP guests, large-scale events, as well as exclusive entertainment facilities such as casinos.

In line with our commitment to safety and world-class service, we are looking for professional candidates who are ready to carry out their security responsibilities to a high standard.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

The premium hospitality industry demands a tight, structured and responsive security system for 24 hours. Security Officers have a strategic role in:

Maintaining the stability of hotel operations

Protect guests, employees and company assets

Prevent and control security risks

Provide a sense of security and comfort for all parties

This position is not just a physical guard, but is part of a risk management system that is integrated with international security standards.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

The selected candidate will perform the following duties professionally and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP):

1. Surveillance and Patrol

Carry out routine and scheduled patrols throughout the hotel area.

Monitor public areas, restricted access, and entertainment facilities.

Identify potential security risks before they escalate into incidents.

2. Access Control

Monitor the entry and exit of guests, staff, vendors, and vehicles.ensuring only authorized parties can access certain areas.

Conduct security checks according to company policy.

3. Incident Handling

Handle disturbances of order with a professional and proportional approach.

Report and document each incident accurately.

Coordinate with management and authorities when necessary.

4. Emergency Response

Respond to fire situations, evacuations, or other security threats.

Provide first aid in emergency medical situations.

Carry out emergency response procedures according to company training and standards.

5. Security of High Value Items

Guard and secure assets or valuables according to management instructions.

Maintain the confidentiality of operational and security information.

6. Placement in the Casino Area

Willing to carry out duties in the casino area according to scheduling.

Ensure security and order in higher risk environments.

WORK SYSTEMS AND SCHEDULE PATTERNS

Morning Shift: 07.30 – 20.00

Night Shift: 19.30 – 08.00

Rotating shift system (rotating shift)

Total 15 working days per month

Work pattern: 2 working days followed by 2 days off

With this system, employees work an average of half a month in a calendar period, providing a good balance between work and personal time.

Meal facilities are provided during working hours.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS

The company offers a competitive and transparent remuneration package, consisting of:

Base Salary: $2,400 – $3,200 per month

Potential Gross Income: Up to $3,500+ per month

Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

Performance Bonus is based on individual and company performance evaluation

Joining Bonus up to $5,000 (according to applicable terms and conditions)

Meal facilities while on duty

Professional work environment with international standards

Final earnings can be affected by work experience, attendance, overtime, and other bonus components.
