GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION 1: DISHWASHER
Work Locations:
Tampines / Alexandra / Jurong
Working Hours:
Tampines: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Alexandra: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Jurong: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: Up to $2,325 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Wash all kitchen utensils, including plates, glasses, cutlery, and cooking equipment
Ensure smooth operation of the dishwashing area to prevent backlog
Maintain cleanliness of the washing area, including floors and surrounding workspace
Organize and store cleaned items properly for reuse
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
Work Standards:
Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and hygienic
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Follow all hygiene and safety procedures

POSITION 2: KITCHEN CLEANER
Work Locations:
Changi / Jurong / Tampines
Working Hours and Salary:
Tampines: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Salary $1,910 per month
Changi: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM | Salary $1,910 + 1 hour overtime (Total up to $2,300+ per month)
Jurong: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM | Salary $11 – $14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of the entire kitchen area, including floors, walls, and work surfaces
Handle and dispose of waste according to proper procedures
Remove grease, food residue, and other contaminants
Carry out routine sanitation to maintain hygiene standards
Ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for the next operation
Work Standards:
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
Work systematically and efficiently
Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Open to male and female applicants
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Good work attitude: disciplined, responsible, and reliable
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to work in a kitchen environment (hot and fast-paced)
Able to work shifts, including night shifts
Physically fit for operational duties
