II. Position Summary
The Warehouse Assistant (Aircraft) is an operational position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics and warehousing system for aircraft spare parts and aviation support equipment. This position requires high accuracy, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work physically in a work environment with high safety standards.
The incumbent will be directly involved in the process of receiving goods, storing, recording inventory, and distributing aircraft components in accordance with aviation industry standards. All activities must be carried out systematically, accurately, and in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
III. Working Hours and Shift Patterns
Work pattern: 4 workdays followed by 2 days off (recurring)
Rotating shift system:
Morning Shift (AM): 6:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Afternoon/Night Shift (PM): 4:00 PM – 1:45 AM
Employees are required to have flexible hours and be prepared to work according to the established shift schedule. Schedule changes may occur to accommodate operational needs.
IV. Salary, Allowances, and Facilities
Monthly gross salary: SGD 2,100 – SGD 2,700
(consisting of base salary and fixed and variable allowances)
Performance bonus, awarded based on individual performance evaluation and company policy
Free transportation to and from the nearest bus stop
Shift work allowance according to work hours and schedule

V. Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Warehouse Assistant (Aircraft) is responsible for the following tasks:
Manage logistics and warehousing activities for aircraft spare parts, technical components, and flight operational support equipment
Execute the goods receiving process, including checking quantity, quality, and compliance with shipping documents
Execute loading and unloading of goods safely, efficiently, and in accordance with safety procedures
Execute storage and organization of goods in designated warehouse locations in accordance with applicable storage systems
Execute and update the inventory system to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock records
Execute routine checks on the condition of goods Physical inventory of goods to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement
Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and security of the warehouse area at all times
Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and aviation industry regulations
Report any discrepancies, damage, or potential risks to the relevant superiors
Work closely with internal teams, supervisors, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations
VI. Safety and Compliance Responsibilities
Comply with all Workplace Safety & Health regulations
Use personal protective equipment as required
Maintain the security of goods and the work area
Avoid actions that could endanger oneself, coworkers, or company assets
VII. Educational Qualifications and Experience
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC education in a related field
Work experience in warehousing, logistics, or the aviation industry is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as they meet the basic requirements
