All employees will return to the Tai Seng headquarters after completing their on-site duties.

Work Schedule:

Work schedule is determined by event and operational needs.

This position is flexible and event-based.

This position is open to candidates who are ready to work immediately. Candidates who demonstrate commitment and good performance will have the opportunity to receive a sustainable work schedule.

SALARY AND PAYMENT DETAILS

Salary Structure:

Base salary: $15 per hour for normal working hours

Overtime: $22.50 per hour

Public Holidays: $30 per hour

Payment System:

Salary is paid bi-weekly

Payments are made regularly and on time.

The amount of income will be adjusted based on the number of hours worked, the duration of the event, and the day of the week (weekdays, overtime, or public holidays).

WORKING HOURS

Work 5 to 6 days per week according to a predetermined schedule

Work duration ranges from 6 to 12 hours per day

Working hours may vary depending on the scale and needs of the event

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary

Candidates are expected to have flexible hours and be prepared to work according to the event schedule. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Halal Buffet Catering Assistant, your job responsibilities include:

Accompanying the driver to deliver catering equipment to the event location.

Assisting with the preparation and arrangement of buffet food according to company standards.

Arranging tables, cutlery, and other catering equipment neatly and hygienically.

Ensuring the buffet area is clean and ready for use before the event begins.

Providing operational assistance during the event as needed.

Cleaning, tidying, and dismantling the buffet area after the event.

Repacking catering equipment and ensuring all items are safely returned.

Returning to the Tai Seng headquarters upon completion of all work.

Working collaboratively with the team and following the directions of the supervisor or event coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

No previous work experience is required.

Experience in catering, events, or food service is a plus.

Being in good physical condition and able to perform physical work.

Able to work both individually and in a team.

Disciplined, honest, responsible, and possessing a strong work ethic.

Able to follow instructions well and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Willing to work long hours when required.
