PICKER / PACKER
UP TO $22 PER HOUR | BI-WEEKLY PAYMENT | WEST REGION (ML6)
A well-established logistics company is currently seeking dedicated and responsible candidates to fill the position of Picker / Packer in the West region of Singapore. This role offers job stability, bi-weekly salary payment, and the opportunity for contract extension until April 2026.

LOCATION
Work location: Jalan Toh Guan, Jurong West
Company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT for employees’ convenience.
JOB DETAILS
Employment type: Full-Time / Contract
Contract period: Immediate start until April 2026
Contract may be extended based on work performance and operational needs.
Industry: Logistics and Warehousing
This position provides valuable hands-on experience in the fast-growing logistics industry within a structured and professionally managed environment.
WORKING HOURS
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Break time: 1 hour (unpaid)
The consistent schedule also provides opportunities to increase earnings through overtime work.
SALARY AND PAYMENT DETAILS
Basic salary: $11.00 per hour
Overtime rate: $16.50 per hour
Public holiday rate: $22.00 per hour
Estimated gross salary can reach up to $2,700 per month, depending on total working days and overtime hours.
Salary is paid on a bi-weekly basis, allowing employees to receive their wages faster compared to a monthly payment cycle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Picker / Packer, your responsibilities will include:
Sorting items according to category, delivery destination, or specifications.
Packing products neatly and securely according to company standards.
Labelling items accurately.
Operating barcode scanners to ensure proper recording of goods.
Verifying item quantities and types against system records.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Assisting in preparation of goods prior to distribution.
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The working environment is professional yet relaxed.
Employees are required to wear long pants and covered shoes for safety purposes.
The role is based in a warehouse setting with organized operational systems.
