We are inviting motivated, professional, and service-oriented individuals with an interest in premium retail to join us as a Part-Time Jewellery Sales Assistant at one of Singapore’s most prestigious locations, Changi Airport. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with high service standards while interacting with customers from around the world.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Part-Time / Contract
CONTRACT PERIOD
Immediate start – Minimum 3 months or longer (subject to extension based on performance and operational needs)
SALARY
$12.65 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE
3 to 4 working days per week
Must include at least 1 weekend day
Rotating shift schedule:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Afternoon/Night Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AM
Company transport is provided for shifts starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 1:00 AM
This role is suitable for candidates who are flexible with working hours and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Jewellery Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand directly to customers. You are expected to deliver excellent customer service while contributing to the store’s sales performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcoming customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
Providing consultative service by understanding customers’ needs
Explaining product details such as materials, designs, collections, and key features
Recommending suitable products based on customers’ preferences and budget
Performing effective upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value
Taking responsibility for achieving individual and team sales targets
Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
Handling cash, card, and other payment methods according to company procedures
Assisting with exchanges or refunds in line with company policy
Ensuring product displays are well-organized and visually appealing
Replenishing stock and monitoring product availability
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times
Assisting in stock take and inventory reporting
Complying with all standard operating procedures and company policies
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who:
Have a neat and professional appearance
Possess strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers
Are customer-service oriented and target-driven
Are proactive, responsible, and disciplined
Can work independently as well as in a team
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment
Are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Are able to communicate well in English
Previous retail experience in fashion, accessories, or jewellery is an advantage, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation and a positive attitude
