The workplace is approximately 500 meters walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT station. The location is easily accessible. Company transport is provided from selected pick-up points in the western region of Singapore.
JOB OVERVIEW
A manufacturing company located in Tuas is currently hiring Production Operators and Product Packers. This role focuses on inspecting and packing empty plastic bottles in a factory environment.
This position involves light-duty work, as the products handled are not heavy. The work process is standardized and easy to learn, making it suitable for candidates without prior experience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Production Operator or Packer, your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting visual inspection of empty plastic bottles to ensure there are no defects such as cracks, dents, or contamination.
Separating defective products that do not meet quality standards.
Packing products according to company procedures and standards.
Counting and arranging products to meet daily production targets.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Following supervisor instructions and workplace safety standards.
Complying with operational procedures and company regulations.
Work may be performed in a standing or seated position depending on assignment. The items handled are lightweight and do not require heavy lifting.
Important note: The work area is not air-conditioned. Ventilation is provided by fans.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE

General schedule: 5 working days per week (depending on selected shift).
Hourly Rate: SGD 11 – 13
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should:
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Be detail-oriented in quality inspection
• Be able to meet production targets
• Have a good work attitude and discipline
• Be able to work according to assigned shifts
• Be willing to work in a non-air-conditioned factory environment

SHIFT OPTIONS AND SALARY DETAILS
Option A – Day Shift (Full-Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Monthly Salary (before CPF deduction):
SGD 1,600 – 1,700
Suitable for candidates who prefer standard office hours with weekends off.
Option B – Afternoon Shift (Part-Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Monthly Salary (before CPF deduction):
SGD 900 – 1,300
Suitable for candidates seeking more flexible working hours.
Option C – Flexible Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM
Candidates may choose to work 2 to 5 days per week.
Estimated Monthly Salary:
2 working days: SGD 800 – 1,000
3 working days: SGD 1,300 – 1,450
4 working days: SGD 1,700 – 1,900
5 working days: SGD 2,000 – 2,300
The more working days selected, the higher the potential monthly income.
FOR FOREIGN WORKERS WITH OVERTIME
Estimated Monthly Salary: SGD 1,600 – 2,400 (depending on overtime hours).

Monday to Saturday
Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM
Option E
Monday to Saturday
Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Overtime is available based on operational requirements.
