POSITION INFORMATION
Position Title: Cleaner
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Schedule: 5 Days per Week
Rest Days: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Monthly Salary:
$1,910 – $2,200

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking responsible and committed individuals to join our team as a Cleaner at our healthcare facility located in Tiong Bahru.
Cleanliness and sanitation are critical in a healthcare environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring that the premises remain clean, hygienic, safe, and comfortable for medical staff, administrative personnel, patients, and visitors.
We are looking for candidates with a positive work attitude, strong discipline, and the ability to perform duties consistently according to company cleanliness standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Cleaner, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Cleaning of Floors and Common Areas
Sweeping and mopping floors regularly
Using a vacuum cleaner for carpeted or designated areas
Cleaning corridors, staircases, waiting areas, and other common spaces
Ensuring floors are free from dust, dirt, and spills to prevent slipping hazards
Cleaning of Surfaces and Facilities
Wiping and cleaning tables, chairs, and other furniture
Cleaning doors, door handles, light switches, and frequently touched surfaces
Cleaning glass panels, internal windows, and glass partitions
Removing dust from walls, corners, and high areas
Polishing surfaces when required
Waste Management
Emptying trash bins regularly
Replacing trash bags
Ensuring proper disposal of waste according to procedures
Maintaining cleanliness in waste collection areas
Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning toilet floors and walls
Cleaning toilet bowls, sinks, and mirrors
Refilling toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels
Ensuring restrooms remain clean and ready for use at all times
Compliance with Procedures
Following workplace cleanliness and safety standards
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
Reporting any facility damage or maintenance needs to the supervisor
Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
No prior work experience required
On-the-job training will be provided
Responsible and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual and disciplined
Willing to follow the assigned work schedule
Uniform Requirement:
A company T-shirt will be provided.
Employees are required to wear black long pants and closed-toe shoes suitable for the work environment.
