POSITIONS REQUIRED
PT. Indrillco Bakti is currently hiring for the following positions:
Tool Pusher
Field HES Officer
Driller
Assistant Driller
Derrickman
FOCO Operator
Truck Pusher / Crew Bus
Mechanic
All of the above positions play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and effective operation of drilling activities in the field. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
In general, the recruited workforce will have the following responsibilities:
Carry out tasks and responsibilities in accordance with their respective positions and the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with all company regulations, laws, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
Operate work equipment in accordance with established safety procedures and technical standards.
Maintain the safety of themselves, their coworkers, company assets, and the work environment.
Report any potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents to their superiors.
Support the achievement of company operational targets while prioritizing safety and work quality.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants are expected to meet the following general requirements:
Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA) or equivalent.
At least one year of work experience in a field relevant to the position being applied for.
(Experience working on a drilling rig is an added advantage.)
A good understanding of drilling workflows, rig equipment, and safety procedures. Work Requirements
Able to work independently and in a team with good coordination
Effective communication skills and a professional work attitude
Physically and mentally healthy and able to work in a field environment
Willing to work with a roster or shift system according to operational needs
Willing to be placed at the company’s project site
Possess high integrity, discipline, and responsibility
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Each applicant is required to have relevant and valid certifications appropriate to the position applied for, including:
APPS for Tool Pusher
K3 for Field HES Officer
OUPS for Driller and Assistant Driller
OMPS for Derrickman
SIO for FOCO Operator
IADC Certificate for Tool Pusher, Driller, and Assistant Driller
Certifications must be proven with official and valid documents.
