EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Position Title: Clothing Packer
Number of Vacancies: 30
Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Rest Day
The working hours are fixed and consistent, providing employees with a predictable weekly schedule.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Hourly Rate: SGD $10.50 – $11.00 (subject to experience and suitability)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out operational duties efficiently and accurately. The main responsibilities include:
Performing inventory checks and ensuring accurate stock recording.
Sorting and categorizing clothing items according to operational requirements.
Packing clothing items carefully and systematically following company procedures.
Scanning barcode labels using provided scanning systems.
Verifying quantity, condition, and labeling accuracy before dispatch.
Handling clothing items weighing approximately 2–5 kilograms in a safe manner.
Assisting and supporting the Occupational Therapist (OT) when required during operational activities.
Employees are expected to follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and quality control.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is conducted indoors within a structured operational setting. The workflow is organized and team-based, with clear instructions provided by supervisors. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
Responsible and disciplined in carrying out assigned tasks.
Physically fit and capable of handling light to moderate loads (2–5 kg).
Willing to commit to a 5.5-day work schedule.
Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in packing, warehouse operations, inventory control, or similar roles will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
