JOB OPENING: PRODUCTION STAFF / ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (WEST AREA) – U.S. MULTINATIONAL COMPANY

JOB DETAILS
Work location: West Area (West Singapore)
Work schedule: 5 working days per week
Working hours: Based on company operational schedule, shift work may be required
Employment type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Start date: Immediate hiring (able to commence work as soon as possible)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assembly of mechatronic components according to work instructions and company standards
Operate basic tools and equipment used in the production process
Conduct functional testing on assembled products to ensure quality compliance
Collect, record, and verify measurement data accurately and systematically
Ensure all products meet quality standards before proceeding to the next stage
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with safety standards
Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Open to all educational backgrounds
No prior experience required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Disciplined, responsible, and committed to work
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Willing to work in a production/manufacturing setting
Able to start work within a short notice period
