ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently hiring responsible and dedicated individuals to join our team as Retail Cleaners at Tengah Park Avenue. This position is based in a modern retail environment that is fully air-conditioned, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable workplace every day.

This role plays an important part in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall comfort for shoppers, tenants, and staff within the premises. We are looking for candidates with a good work attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and readiness to be part of a supportive team.

WORKING HOURS

Two shift options are available:

Morning Shift:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Afternoon Shift:

4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Employees are required to work 6 days per week with one scheduled rest day. The work schedule is structured and consistent, allowing better personal time planning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Retail Cleaner, your duties will include:

Performing routine cleaning of retail areas, including floors, corridors, and common areas.

Mopping floors and ensuring surfaces are clean and safe.

Operating floor cleaning machines according to standard procedures (training will be provided).

Cleaning entrances, glass panels, and frequently touched surfaces.

Collecting, tying, and disposing of trash at designated disposal points.

Replacing trash bags and ensuring bins remain clean.

Cleaning restrooms or other facilities if assigned.

Conducting routine checks to maintain cleanliness standards.

Reporting any damage, spills, or issues requiring attention to the supervisor.

Following workplace safety standards and operational procedures at all times.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 10 kilograms when handling waste and cleaning equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Responsible, honest, and hardworking.

Punctual and disciplined.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work 6 days per week.

Physically fit for cleaning duties.

Willing to undergo training on cleaning equipment and procedures.

Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Applicants without experience are welcome, provided they have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
